PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION
Constant Temperature Tape Holding Time Tester (10 Groups) is used to do static load test toward the adherence of adhesive tape, to evaluate the retentive property through timing the retentive period under regulated load and temperature. Cut a sample with length 1”and paste it to the regulated SUS#304 stainless steel panel, roll it back and forth three times at the speed of 300mm/min, with 2kg roller. Hung the steel panel on the testing machine with the regulated weight. The timer will keep the testing time when the tape takes off the panel, which is used to evaluate the adherence property of the tape.

Product Description:
Anti-yellowing aging testing machine can promote the increase of sulfur rubber deterioration, to calculate the change rate of tensile and elongation before and after heat. Its generally thought that test for one day at 70C, in theory as exposed to the atmosphere for 6 months.
Applications:
The machine can do two tests: anti-yellowing and aging.

Anti-yellowing: to stimulate the environment condition, driven by the sun ultraviolet radiation. It’s generally thought that the appearance change at 50’C for 9 hours, in theory as exposed to atmosphere for 6 months.
